FantasyFit Returns & Replacement Policy

At FantasyFit, we strive to provide high-quality products and a great shopping experience. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, please read our return policy carefully.

1. Courier Returns (RTO – Return to Origin)

If your order was undelivered after three attempts due to incorrect address, unavailability, or any other reason, it will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and sent back to us.

Important Notes:

  • We do not charge extra for RTO shipping.
  • Once we receive the returned order, it will be added to our return inventory within 24-48 hours. You can then request to re-ship it to yourself or another address.

2. Customer Returns & Replacements

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can request a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

How to Raise a Return or Replacement Request:

  1. Report the issue within 5 days from the delivery date by emailing us at fantasyfit.store@gmail.com.
  2. Attach clear images or videos of:
    • The product with the defect clearly visible.
    • The UID label (barcode sticker) attached to the product.
    • The packaging with the shipping label visible.

      and an unboxing video (mandatory).
      ✅ Mention any visible package damage to the courier at the time of delivery (if possible).

      ⚠️ Replacements won’t be accepted without an unboxing video or if the item is damaged due to scissors or sharp tools while opening.


  3. Once we verify the defect, we will process a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


3. Non-Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Requests for a different size or color after purchase.
  • Products with no defects or damage.
  • Any request made after 5 days of delivery.

    Reasons like change of mind after receiving the product will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

    If you'd still like to exchange for a different size, you may place a new order at your own expense.
